Go see my reaction to hearing and seeing the video for Sabton's song "En Livstid I Krig". The song is about the Thirty Years' War one of the longest and most destructive conflicts in European history, lasting from 1618 to 1648. I always find it a treat to hear a band sing in their native tongue.
For those who don't know, Sabaton is a Swedish power metal band that was formed in 1999. The band is known for their historical and war-themed lyrics, often drawing inspiration from significant events, battles, and military figures throughout history. Sabaton's music combines powerful and melodic guitar riffs, soaring vocals, and epic orchestral elements, creating an energetic and anthemic sound.

I've been fortunate enough to witness the band's live performance on one occasion, and I'm determined to make it happen again in the future. Experiencing their live show is absolutely incredible. The sheer energy that emanates from the stage is electrifying! Sabaton goes above and beyond by seamlessly blending their epic music with larger-than-life stage props, captivating actors, and an abundance of dazzling lights and explosive pyrotechnics.
It's a spectacle that leaves you in awe and truly enhances the overall concert experience.
